We are recruiting for a Bench Caster to join our team.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, 6.00am - 2.00pm Monday - Friday.
£12.61 per hour.
Job Description:
To use moulds to pour in pottery slip and to cast ware in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Key duties and responsibilities:
· Express a keen attitude and willingness to learn.
· Work closely with Production Manager to cast the required amount of biscuit ware and to a high standard expected of the business.
· Communicate effectively with your line manager to ensure progress is being achieved and adjusted as required.
· Learn how best to look after the working moulds to prolong their life for a minimum of 60 fills and beyond.
