Job Title: Service Administrator (Temporary Role On a 12 Month Basis and Likely To Go Permanent Thereafter)

Basic Salary: £23 000 Per Year

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri / Days (Work From Home Half Of The Week / Must Be Commutable To Ringwood)

Work From Home / Flexible Working half of the week but you must be commutable to the Ringwood office.

Purpose:

First point of contact for our customers dealing with numerous incoming queries & providing accurate reports. The ideal candidate will be looking to continuously improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of services offered. A proactive and forward-thinking approach is required with a hands on and can do attitude.

The Role & Responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact for customer service calls
  • To log and process service requests received by telephone or email
  • To regularly update job status on internal / external computer systems
  • To efficiently deal with internal departments / customer and contractor queries
  • To assign completed jobs to ‘Completed’ status on the computer system
  • To update customers web-site systems with job status / estimated time of arrivals for contractors / contractors return to fit parts if required
  • Produce daily reports on customer job status’s for both internal / external distribution
