WHAT YOU’LL DO
- The role will also be a key link between the business teams, trading teams, product teams, key stakeholders and the technology engineering team(s), in aligning and tracking priorities, identifying issues, and managing delivery streams and priorities.
- Oversee gathering of requirements and report on delivery status as per agreed management framework & standards.
- Support business prioritisation and ensure common awareness of timelines and objectives across the delivery team(s).
- Perform and consolidate delivery controlling measures on a regular basis, including resources (efforts and costs), timelines, structure (content), organisation, environment, risks and dependencies.
WHO YOU ARE
- In depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and development methodologies – agile, waterfall, rapid application development (RAD), DevOps
- Strong delivery management skills - organising, planning and executing multiple delivery streams and resource plans.
- Minimum 5+ years in delivery & project management experience
- Demonstrable experience in Agile, waterfall development, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, IPMA/Prince 2 or comparable delivery management discipline
- Experience of supplier management, contract negotiation and commercial management
