The Junior HRBP will support the Business Partnering team in shaping and executing HR initiatives, supporting the people agenda and projects across the directorate. You will be a trusted business partner and advisor with the credibility to influence thinking, challenge, shape and identify opportunities to attract, develop and retain the best people to achieve business success.

- Providing Business Partnering support to dedicated areas of the business as required, with full support and coaching by members of the HRBP Team
- Developing within the Business Partner team by building and sustaining trusted relationships with senior leaders to help shape their people agenda, with a HRBP
- Identifying opportunities and leads on the requirement for policy/procedural improvement in accordance with legislative changes and best practice
- Leading change initiatives and support the HRB Team when wider transformation and change initiatives arise across the business.
To apply for this role, you will need a minimum CIPD Level 7 required or be working towards this. You will also require the following:
- Experience working with executives and senior leaders
- Experience leading or supporting large and complex transformation and change
- Proven influencing, coaching and HR project management skills
- Commercial acumen.
