EQUANS is looking for a Helpdesk Operative to join our team based at the Southbank Centre on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 35 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,000 per annum and benefits package.
<br>General Overview
<br><br>
Working on the customers site at the Southbank Centre, directly for Equans.
<br><br>
Responsible for logging reactive work requests for engineering and cleaning related tasks and issuing planned maintenance works for all Southbank Centre locations.
<br><br>
Update jobs on the CAFM system with latest information and close once completed.
<br><br>
<b>Please note:</b> - This role is working shifts, 8am to 8pm; 4 on 4 off.
<br><br>
What will you deliver?
<br><br>
Manage communication via phone, emails, radio calls etc
<br>Log reactive tasks on CAFM system
<br>Download and allocate work sheets for engineers/cleaners/sub-contractors
<br>Update CAFM once engineers/cleaner’s/Sub contractors feedback received
<br>Order parts for further works where necessary
<br>Arrange for quotes to be raised where required
<br>Strictly monitor all open tasks until resolution
<br>Close down tasks on CAFM once completed
<br>Produce reports to demonstrate Helpdesk performance
<br>Prepare for cut over imminently to the new CAFM system
<br>Scan and file completed work sheets.

Who are we looking for?
<br><br>
Previous Helpdesk experience is essential
<br>Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
<br>Ability to work under pressure and manage numerous tasks at the same time
<br>Self-managing
<br>Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
