Equans is looking for a Senior Document Controller to join our team in Wath on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
<br>Controls documentation, including maintenance of proper document registers for detailed engineering or construction engineering projects
<br>Maintains specifically assigned project database/s
<br>Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and correct archiving
<br>Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares documents for distribution
<br>Controls circulation, ensuring that the latest revisions are communicated and distributed promptly to relevant site teams
<br>Document quality checks in accordance with the Project’s control procedures and protocols
<br>Performs versioning backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers
<br>Prepares engineering project reports, as may be required
<br>Responsible for meeting the needs of those requesting specific documents or documentation of a job or project

<br>IT literate – Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, Viewpoint
<br>Worked in a similar related job/industry
<br>Must be knowledgable with Fieldview and viewpoint
