Duties
You will be working in a cold environment, with raw chicken - previous experience will be preferred.
Assuring that the Production Operatives are:
- Setting the line for start up
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Ensuring that all working procedures and systems of work are followed
- Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team
- Ensure all relevant paperwork related to each job is completed in full
- To carry out any other duties within the remit of the post and other tasks as necessary, when requested, from time to time
As Production Supervisor you will:
- Communicate with upper management.
- Keep track of incomings and outgoings of stock.
- Maintain all Health & Safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols while handling chicken.
- Be present during audits and provide paperwork where required.
- Produce a report to upper management on a weekly basis.
- Handle employee lifecycle matters and liaise with HR.
- Providing training for new staff.

Schedule:
- MON-FRI, weekend shifts available.
- Normal working hours 6am-3pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
