What You’ll Own:

• Own one of exmox's highest-impact product domains end-to-end, shaping the reward economy through payout thresholds, tiering, bonuses, promotions, and other key levers that drive profitability.
• Drive activation, retention, and long-term engagement through onboarding experiences, streaks, quests, progression systems, reactivation flows, and other lifecycle initiatives.
• Take new growth opportunities from first hypothesis to go/no-go decision, across product, market expansion, partnerships, and distribution.
• Lead a high-quality experimentation process by defining hypotheses, designing statistically sound A/B tests, interpreting results, and making data-driven product decisions.
• Partner closely with your dedicated Data Analyst to uncover opportunities, validate assumptions, and continuously improve product performance.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Commercial, User Acquisition, Customer Support, Fraud, and Leadership to align priorities and deliver impactful product improvements.
• Represent your product domain directly to leadership, using data, customer insights, and business context to influence strategic decisions.

• You take ownership quickly: Within your first months, you've become the trusted owner of a critical product domain, confidently driving priorities, making decisions, and reducing dependency on leadership.
• Growth metrics measurably improve: Your product strategy and experimentation drive meaningful improvements in activation, retention, and long-term user profitability.
• Product decisions are driven by data: Experiments, user insights, and product analytics provide clear evidence to prioritize opportunities, validate ideas, and confidently decide what to scale - or stop.
• Cross-functional teams are aligned around outcomes: You partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, and User Acquisition to deliver product improvements that balance user value with business impact.
• You turn ambitious ideas into scalable growth: Through structured experimentation, clear prioritization, and continuous optimization, you build product experiences that become repeatable growth levers for the business.
• You outgrow the role: We are hiring for the ceiling, not just the opening. This role is scoped to grow - mentoring other product managers first, and leading a product team as we scale, if that is the direction you want to take.

• Experienced: You bring 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing digital products, ideally within mobile apps, gaming, marketplaces, subscriptions, ad-tech, fintech, or other high-growth B2C businesses. You have owned consumer product at scale - hundreds of thousands of monthly active users or more.
• Business-Oriented: You understand that product decisions are business decisions. You're comfortable balancing user needs, commercial objectives, and technical constraints to maximize long-term value.
• Fluent in Incentives: You have a real feel for why people come back and what makes a reward feel worth the effort. You have designed incentive, reward or progression mechanics and calibrated them so they motivate without eroding margin.
• Experimentation-Driven: You have extensive experience running A/B tests, defining hypotheses, interpreting data, and making evidence-based product decisions. Statistical thinking comes naturally to you.
• Data-Literate: You're comfortable working with product metrics and collaborating closely with analysts to uncover insights, measure success, and prioritize opportunities.
• Strategic & Hands-on: You enjoy defining product strategy while remaining deeply involved in execution - from writing specifications and refining solutions to reviewing experiment results and driving delivery.
• Collaborative: You build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Commercial, and Leadership, bringing people together around clear product goals.
• Intellectually Honest: You're comfortable working in ambiguity, take ownership without waiting for direction, and thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly. You also kill your own ideas when the data says so - being wrong early is cheaper than being right late.
