This is a remote job and you will not be required to travel to our location. You'll be able to work locally in your own area with support online via Zoom.
Tasks
- You'll lead tour groups and host events
- You'll handle bookings and guests on the day
- You'll speak to groups of people to share your knowledge
- You will be responsible for delivering a great experience to guests
- You'll communicate with guests before and after the experience
- You should have some experience in the area of tours you wish to work on.
- You'll be confident leading and speaking to groups of people.
- You'll have a good level of computer skills, enough to handle bookings and communication.
- You'll have a good internet connection - enough to handle video calls.
