We're now actively looking for an enthusiastic individual with some estate agency experience who's looking to further their career.
Whilst being able to work on your own initiative you will also be supported by your team members and Directors who will ensure you are given all the training you need
You’ll be helping to guide each property marketing project to success and navigating any challenges along the way. As the ‘hands on' person for the project, you’ll work closely with our Client Executive and the delivery team to bring each project to fruition, and ensure every property marketing campaign is the best we’ve ever created. You'll then manage that property through the sale process.
We'd love to find someone who's had experience in delivering world-class customer service and who not only has a positive ‘can do’ approach, but a ‘will-do’ determination. You'll need to be talented at juggling lots of different tasks and working out the best way to overcome problems as well as being great at working with people. World-class training is provided and no experience in the industry is required.
Skills:
Ideally you’ll have:
- a track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- the ability to build great relationships with your project team and your clients alike
- leadership and facilitation skills are essential so that you can motivate, support and lead your project team
- passionate attention to detail to create beautiful, bespoke marketing materials
- problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively are key in order to find solutions for complex challenges that may arise
- the ability to pull together information and opinions from different sources, make decisions and form clear, confident recommendations
