We are currently seeking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience at our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Cashiering: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Food preparation: Prepare food items according to company standards
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Guest services: Greet guests, take orders, and answer questions about menu items
- Bussing: Clear tables and clean dining area
- Cash handling: Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct.
- Guest relations: Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Kitchen: Assist with kitchen duties as needed
Requirements:
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
