As a junior account manager, you will play a critical role in helping our company build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and identifying opportunities for growth.
The Account Manager is the Customer expert. They will expand relationships with their account base and are responsible for achieving sales quota and retaining revenue. To be successful you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be passionate about helping our partners succeed. You must thrive on exceeding goals, targets, and projects, and lead by example within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to senior account managers in managing client accounts
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for clients
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes
- Help maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details
- Collaborate with other departments such as creative, production, and finance to ensure successful campaign execution
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 4 GCSEs grade C or above
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role that is communication heavy and fast based
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends a plus.
