Fitzrovia Hospital is a new hospital located at Fitzroy Square. Fitzrovia Hospital is an acute independent hospital with full diagnostic facilities, operating theatres, and clinical trials unit.
The hospital includes an auditorium/ lecture room,10 inpatient private rooms, 4 bedded recovery unit, 2 fully equipped theatres and treatment rooms.
The Hospital is approved for overnight stay, general anaesthesia, including TIVA, and intravenous sedation, endoscopy, and laser treatment.
We are currently recruiting key positions such as Healthcare Assistant to our Ward team and support the goal the company to create an environment that delivers world-class clinical care.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following:
- The support worker will offer nursing, administrative and general assistance to the ward team. They will be responsible for the cleaning of the theatre department and surrounding areas before and after clinical activities.
- Be involved in preparing the areas ready for the patients and surgeons.
- You will be aware of your boundaries at work to prevent harm to the patient, understand the term, duty of care and act in the best interest of the patient/client.
- You must act in such a manner as to support the patient at all times and being mindful of the need to reduce anxiety for the patient/client.
