We are currently recruiting for a Property & Facilities Manager to join the group Property department in our Market Road, London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful Property & Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing Facilities & Maintenance of the UK & international retail stores and UK Head Office. This will include responsibilities for companywide Health & Safety, and focus on using best business practices to improve efficiency while increasing productivity.
As a Property & Facilities Manager you will also hold responsibility for developing the schedule and plan for property and maintenance, and the execution of this across the portfolio.
As a Property & Facilities Manager, you will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically with a focus on Facilities Management and Maintenance (Reactive and PPM) within luxury fashion and/or wholesale retail (desirable)
- Possess NEBOSH/OSHA qualification
- Have Health & Safety awareness and understanding
- Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software including intermediate Excel skills
- Be familiar with corporate finance processes and procedures
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels within and outside of the organisation
- Be highly organised, punctual and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
