Fox Morris Group are currently working to recruit a Homelessness Prevention Adviser. This is a full-time role, on a 6 month+ contract.
Rate: £20+ per hour (negotiable dependant on experience)
Hours: 36 per week
The right candidate will have…
- Knowledge of the Homeless Reduction Act 2017,
- Knowledge of the current housing climate,
- The ability to interpret and apply a Council Allocation Scheme.
Role responsibilities…
- To provide a front-line customer support, ensuring new applicants are aware of the support and assistance that can be provided,
- Conducting brief initial evaluations of an applicant’s housing needs,
- Providing relevant housing options and advice (referring to services that may be able to assist further where required).
