Duties:
- Cleaning of all processing equipment and production lines to meet BRC standards.
- To ensure the deep cleaning of all areas of production following the cleaning schedule set out to you by the management team.
- To ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed and signed off in time in order to meet standards.
- To confidently and concisely report any damage discovered whilst cleaning, including any damage to the belts, machinery or equipment.
- To confidently report any areas that you feel do not meet hygiene standards to the management team.
- To ensure that all production waste is removed and disposed of appropriately as per our hygiene procedures.
- To ensure that your cleaning and personal protective equipment are clean, intact and functioning correctly at all times.
- To be willing to adapt and manage the pressures of an ever fast-paced environment of a distillery.
- To show a willingness to grow with the company and adapt to the changes that may be required as we move into the next phase of our expansion.
Requirements:
- You must be self-motivated with a good work ethic.
- Have a good level of numeracy & literacy.
- Be able to prioritise tasks.
- Training will be provided for the right applicant.
