Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Media Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google ads and Meta. e a plus

  • Confident in writing compelling ad copy
  • Be numerate, with experience utilising data in software such as excel
  • Keen to learn and support in new channels such as SEO, Organic Social and Programmatic

The role requires an understanding of digital advertising, the ability to analyse campaign performance data, and the skills to implement optimisation strategies that maximise performance for our clients

Delivering media campaigns for our clients;

  • Working with the Media Director and Accounts teams to produce strategies for our clients campaigns
  • Be responsible for the day-to–day activation and ongoing management of paid social and search campaigns, depending on the clients' needs and objectives
  • Conducting keyword research, ad writing, audience targeting, optimisations, product feed setup & manipulation as required
  • Coordinate content and messaging for ads across all paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Linkedin and Youtube as required. Ensuring all content is delivered in the appropriate tone of voice and with high levels of accuracy, against client brand guidelines
  • Keen eye for campaign analysis providing recommendations based on analysis of market conditions and campaign results against a clients objectives to support the Media Director in production of monthly campaign reports to ensure accurate campaign results delivered to our clients

Preferable Experience required;

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital media activation and management with experience in running campaigns through Google Ads and/or Meta
  • Proficient in campaign setup, targeting, bidding and budget management in ad platforms
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Google Ads and Meta qualifications ar

Holiday allowance: 20 days p/a, Bank Holidays, additional 3 days annual leave over the Christmas period between Christmas and New Year plus your birthday off!

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (with some flexibility around this), 37.5 hours a week Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Role Location: Hybrid working. Must be commutable to come into Manchester 1 to 2 days a week.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 based on experience
