We have an excellent opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated individual to permanently join Team! This is a fast-paced role, and we are looking for people with a can-do attitude, an eye for detail, able to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment and an overall team player.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will fit into an already established, energetic team environment. This role is key to providing fulfilment information to our customers and field-based teams.
Job profile:
- Providing Quotations & Processing of orders for manufacture in a timely manner
- Working closely with our customers over phone and email to provide the best customer service and demonstrating industry-based knowledge.
- To be part of a close-knit team, with a proactive approach and the ability to work under own initiative.
- Processing Order Acknowledgments.
- Overseeing orders through to manufacture.
- Communicating effectively and collaboratively with field based and office colleagues.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks.
Key skills:
- Strong IT, maths, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Customer Service skills, previous experience would be ideal.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings is ideal, however training will be provided.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong determination to achieve targets and deadlines.
- A proactive approach to managing customer projects.
