We need an experienced and super organised Bookkeeper to help us quickly and accurately prepare our finances every month. The individual we are looking for is an expert at managing accounts payable and receivable, has excellent attention to detail and is committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will be a part of an entrepreneurial team with a variety of responsibilities, including helping with the development of business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Submit payroll reports.
- Create invoices for the accounting department.
- Organise the office supplies.
- Serve as a liaison between payroll, the bookkeeping firm, and billing department.
- Be responsible for keeping accurate records of financial transactions.
- Help with tax preparations and filings.
