Location: Rolls-Royce
Rate of pay: £32,500 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, mostly daytime with some evening events.
Key responsibilities
To support the onsite chef team in daily service and to develop and deliver commercially viable, creative & innovative menu’s which drive growth and engagement from our customers, reporting into the Operations Manager.
- Motivates and inspires the team and business to high levels of culinary excellence
- Expert food trend knowledge and creative development resulting in the launch of new products from the existing food team as well as contributing own concepts
- Will establish & build relationships with key customer contacts
- Involved in co-ordinating and delivering high profile lunches and evening events (internal & external guests)
- Hands on role based in the Derby campus kitchens
We are looking for someone who:
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Is organised, enthusiastic and a good communicator
- Is passionate to ensure high quality and hygiene standards are maintained and all due diligence is in place
