We are currently recruiting for a Waiting Staff at Sky Hub Restaurant.
Location: Sky
Rate of pay: £11.05 per hour
Working pattern: 32 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities
- Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
- Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the CH&CO standard.
- To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the CH&CO standards and to ensure the availability of product during all service periods.
- Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
- Under the guidance of the GM / AGM ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areas have products correctly priced, labelled and in date.
