Do you want to work closely with a team who are looking to challenge the status quo of industry ticketing and retailing?

We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Project Management Assistant to join our Fares, ticketing and retail team.

You’ll play a key part in the evolution of rail transformation for customers. Using your organisational and planning skills to support this exciting, fast paced programme.

Be a part of GBRTT’s aim of crafting a simpler, better railway by supporting the Project and Programme Manager in leading FTR workstreams. Managing and controlling change by highlighting issues and ensuring improvements are embedded!

What you’ll bring..

  • Working towards or willing to work towards gaining a Project Management Qualification (e.g. PMI, Prince, MSP, Agile, APM Project, PFQ)
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting projects through to delivery
  • Exceptional customer focus/engagement/stakeholder management skills
  • Proven influencing, networking and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Organised and self-starter with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
