ABOUT THE ROLE:
- As a newly created committee outside the management structure, you will become the economic institution of the startup. (Accountable and arbitrate to our trading rules and internal governance policies).
- DUTIES AND MANAGEMENT RELATIONSHIPS:
- You will conduct critical research and analysis of the legislative and policy landscape, develop materials and documents that facilitate the team’s work, and serve as a hub of operational support for senior lobbyists with their advocacy efforts on a diverse range of issues.
- To arbitrate and make independent decisions outside the management structure.
- Where matters need investigating (The Government Affairs Committee and business practice) outside the management structure investigates it.
- WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

- Military veterans with extensive background in BOARD level Leadership in Private Sector
KEY REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), International and European Law.
- Master of Laws (LL.M.), European Legal Studies.
