Responsibilities we’ll train you do be able to deal with:
- Processing orders via email, phone, website and in person
- Resolving customer queries
- Working closely with production teams ensuring orders are correct and in a timely manner
- Providing product information and support to customers
- Managing customer accounts, products, and lead times
Your work/life balance:
The shifts available are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Traits, Knowledge and expertise:
Desirable:
- Basic written and spoken English
- Keen to learn new skills
- Qualified to GCSE or equivalent
- Being adaptable to an ever developing environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office Packages.

- Being able to work well in a team, and being able to work under own initiative
- Being able to self motivate
- Demonstration of high level of accuracy
- Good attention to detail
