Glenfield Associates Limited is a Leicester-based long-established and well respected NICEIC approved electrical contractor engaged in a variety of tasks ranging from electrical installation and maintenance, inspection and testing of installations, emergency lighting systems, reactive maintenance, and breakdown work and we are looking for competent electricians with a wide variety of experience and skills.
Our clients rely on our skill set to keep them safe and compliant and to support them in getting back up and running when things go wrong, so we are looking for candidates with a can-do attitude and a dedicated methodical approach to their work to join our team.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to perform a variety of tasks in locations throughout Leicester and Leicestershire, ranging from electrical installation and maintenance, inspection and testing of installations, and reactive maintenance and breakdown work.
The successful candidate will have experience working with educational, commercial, and domestic electrical installations, and be capable of resolving problems quickly and regularly completing tasks in a detailed, methodical, and timely manner. The ideal candidate is also skilled at working with hand tools and has knowledge of all current electrical regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Performing inspection and testing of electrical installations
- Electrical Installation, repairs, and fault finding
- Reactive callouts and breakdown situations
- Emergency lighting service, maintenance, and repairs
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Salary: £20.00 per hour
