We are a medium size Accountancy Practice in Central London that provides both advisory and compliance base services to a range of clients, individuals and companies.
We are looking for a Scanning Clerk / Office Junior to become part of our administration team.
The successful candidate’s duties will be :-
- scanning
- filing
- general administration and support to the different departments within the office:
- meetings facilities
- assisting with meetings
- collections & deliveries
- copying
- stationery
- data entry
- ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate should be organised and accurate. Fluent in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office) and able to learn quickly.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Scanning Experience is not essential but an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
