Senior recruitment consultant
Gould Barbers are the United Kingdoms largest barber brand with 38 shops and over 200 barbers nationwide. We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to head up our recruitment department.
The role
- Conduct telephone and zoom interviews.
- Arrange face to face interviews and trade tests.
- Research & Resource candidates whilst driving recruitment & long-term marketing campaigns.
- Advertising and marketing vacancies through job boards and various social media platforms.
- Attracting, interviewing, assessing, and inducting potential candidate
- Performance reporting to directors
- To ensure that all necessary documentation has been completed

Experience & Requirements
- Experience within the recruitment industry would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Full UK Driving License is essential.
Salary
Negotiable, depending on experience.
