Role Overview & Responsibilities

Have you ever worked in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Perhaps you have an experience in administration but looking for a new challenge in logistics? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to grow and develop!


Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes working in partnership with our customer M&S at their distribution centre.


You will be working on ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern with the hours of 22:00 – 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Maintain departmental spreadsheets and reports as required to ensure the integrity of KPI data
  • Stock counting, inventory adjustment, ordering and releasing, returns and transfer functions and auditing
  • Managing goods in and dispatch orders
  • Liaise and develop relationships with internal and external customers


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Experience in a similar role and environment
  • Understanding and knowledge of warehouse routines and systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills
