We are currently recruiting on behalf of a number of Warehouse employers within the West Midlands.
No experience necessary as Warehouse Training will be provided along with work experience, interview preparation and guaranteed interviews for successful applicants.
The role of a Warehouse Operative will require:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven production environment
- Preparation of work area
- Heavy lifting will be involved
- The ability to work in coalition with a large team
- Able to use initiative and function independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Manual Handling - heavy lifting may be required
- Moving boxes, items, pallets using a pump truck / Forklift
- General warehouse duties to maintain smooth and safe operations on site
Applicants Must:
- Be a great team player
- Be able to communicate effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Be able to lift and carry boxes, packed items - manual handling
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Have a good level of English Language
