We are looking for a Manager to lead our Team in Verwood

Our family have been running fish and chips shops since 1946 and we are currently looking to expand the company so there has never been a better time to join us for career prospects.
We are very proud of what we do and want our customers to enjoy their experience when ever they visit any of our stores. we are constantly innovating and looking at what we do so to improve the customer experience. So we are looking for an individual who can help us achieve this, the role will involve working with each individual shop help to ensure quality and service and "thinking on you feet" in making decisions for the well being of the store. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but a catering back ground will be of an advantage.
What we are looking for:
Ability to display leadership skills and coordinate a team. Being able to deal with customers and to help provide excellent quality food and service. Good with numeracy, flexible, hard working and always leading by example.
The Job Involves:
Cooking
Running a team
Dealing with customers.
Book work
Day to day running of the branch
Ensuring that the service and food is to high company standards.
Help train new employees.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop is always at a high standard .

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
