JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Responsible for ensuring all areas of the home are clean, neat and tidy.
· Develop positive relationships with residents, staff and other visitors to the home.
· Attend and participate in team meetings.
· Other duties as specified by the management.
SHIFTS:
The hours of work will be as per the job offer letter. However we are initially looking at 10.00 and 14.00 Saturday and Sunday. This role is for every other weekend.
TRAINING:
All mandatory training as determined by current regulations will be necessary, as well as other trainings determined by the Manager.
EMPLOYMENT ESSENTIALS:
Completion of application form.
Provision of three references, one from current or most recent employer.
Complete a Rehabilitation of Offenders Declaration.
Satisfactory DBS check.
Sign the contract of employment.

COVID-19 considerations:
Lateral tests are to be taken and registered before every shift. We have handwashing facilities at the entrance of the home and antibacterial hand gel stations throughout the home. Masks are compulsory for all staff.
