Job Title: Client Success Manager, ProgrammaticLocation: Philadelphia, PA or Remote

Position OverviewThe CSM is responsible for managing day-to-day communications between media agency clients and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client programmatic campaigns. In addition, the CSM will work closely with the Strategic Account Director (SAD) team to monitor campaign initiatives and performance, while providing outstanding customer service. The CSM will create client presentations under the direction of Media leadership.
What You DoOversee client KPIs and conduct pre- and post-analysis of all client programmatic campaigns and 3rd-party trackingAssist in developing program proposals and participate in new client sales meetingsDeliver excellent client services and develop strong working relationships by serving as day-to-day liaison with programmatic partners Ensure optimal performance of all campaigns by constantly monitoring and strategizing with programmatic clients on optimization recommendationsImplement client service processes and proceduresSupport media Request for Proposal (RFP) processes as needed
What You Bring1-2 years’ experience in the programmatic advertising space, ideally with experience at a DSP or agency trading desk Excellent communication and presentation skillsA working knowledge of health and pharmaceutical marketing is preferredIn-depth knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, Ad Servers, and other programmatic platformsStrong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting and acting on performance dataAbility to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload effectivelyValues the importance of teamwork and works effectively as part of a team
Annual base salary for positions at this level and job group is $62,000.00 to $89,000.00 and your base pay will depend on the qualifications, experience, skills and competencies required for this job.
