We're looking for a dynamic, professional individual with a keen eye for detail to join our fast-paced global wellness business offering allergy and intolerance testing.
Job Purpose:
To assist the operations in our allergy and intolerance hair testing labs ensuring good practice, adherence to SOPs and high client focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring testing is completed within customer promise timescales.
- Comply with business and regulatory requirements and best practice
- To ensure quality management of our services and processes.
Customer Focus:
- To be a referral point for some customer and internal queries.
- To ensure attention to detail with every test.
Outline Skills
- Great communication skills both personal and written format.
- Ability to listen and understand both client needs and the needs of department heads.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Organised and able to work to deadlines and targets.
- Good attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to input data accurately and efficiently
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
