YOUR ROLE
- Join Henkel’s Adhesives team as a eCommerce Analyst Graduate.
- Work with iconic brands such as Sellotape, Loctite or Unibond No More Nails.
- Support the development of our eCommerce strategy via reporting and insight gathered from a range of tools (Forecasting tools - Vendor & Profitero)
- Maintain internal eComm dashboards to track market shares and sales data
- Schedule and deliver regular engagement sessions with our retailers to share performance and to deepen engagement
- Create brief content and activity briefs to drive eCommerce based on your insights
- Manage the day to day activities/ problem solving with key customers (e.g. Amazon) and Customer Service team

YOUR SKILLS
- You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maths, or any related field
- Positivity and a high energy level
- Willingness to challenge the status quo
- Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative
- Highly numerate, strong analytical skills and logical reasoning skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong sense of personal accountability
- Can work as part of a wide team
- Highly proficient on excel
