Who we're looking for:
We're looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to join our team remotely.
As part of our team, you will:
- Plan and execute sales activities to achieve target sales revenue and growth;
- Be the first point of contact for new prospects and determine the next steps;
- Contact potential prospects, identify their needs and present relevant solutions;
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market using various outbound strategies;
- Be responsible for client onboarding;
- Collaborate with the marketing team on strategic sales approach;
- Manage fast-paced work environment with can-do attitude.
What will help you to excel in this role:
- Hands-on experience in inbound and outbound sales prospecting;
- Good understanding of tech and HR;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good time management and analytical skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Experience in working with CRM;
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
- High level of digital skills - we use a lot of different apps to optimize our work :)
