Warehouse Operative (Labelling and Packing)

You will be working with our small Warehouse team - your Manager will train you in all aspects of the job and advise you on your daily work tasks which will include labelling and packing orders.
This is a physical job where you are on your feet all day often working at a fast pace and will suit someone who likes to be active.
This is a permanent position with opportunities to grow and develop with the company.
Hours of work are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
(Holiday - 28 days per year. We do not work weekends or bank holidays and close between Christmas and the New Year)
You will need to:
- be able to work quickly and accurately and have good attention to detail.
- have good numeracy & literacy skills to check, count and log codes on order sheets for orders being dispatched.
- enjoy working in a small team in a Warehouse environment to pick, label and pack up orders for dispatch.
- lift trays and boxes of product and pack pallets.
- label jars and pack gift boxes using specialised machinery/tools.
- be methodical and not mind repetitive tasks.
- be able to switch quickly between tasks as needed and as priorities change.
Useful additional skills and experience for this role:
- Experience working on a production line or in a warehouse environment
- Labelling/ packing experience
- Manual Handling skills
- Allergen training
- Food Safety in Manufacturing Level 2
- Numeracy & Literacy skills
