Sales Managers
My client is the No. 1 supplier of IT & Digital services to the NHS and with that they are now looking for experienced Sales Managers to join their ever growing and successful team in Birmingham.
You don't need experience within the NHS, you will be trained in that area with my clients award-winning ways of supplying and supporting NHS clients throughout England & Wales.
Duties:
- Working closely with customers whilst identifying sales opportunities and following up on activities to secure business
- Follow up and develop business leads with new and existing customers
- Growth and Maintenance of CRM Opportunity pipeline working with customers through the design cycle
- Progressively developing new business opportunities
- Take ownership of client base to build a positive brand reputation
- Provide accurate and detailed feedback and reports on sales activities to Line Manager
- Timely management of any administrative duties including: Planning and Organising work schedule and set up of appointments / visits, Updating and maintaining database records and Forecasting, monitoring, and evaluating sales figures for the region
- Participate in Exhibitions, Sales meetings and other meetings as required
- Provide reports and attend regular meetings with Management to discuss progress to sales forecasts and activities to ensure objectives are being met
About you:
To be successful for the role of IT Sales Manager you must be / have:
- Experience in IT solutions (hardware / software)
- Demonstrable and successful sales experience in a related role
- BDM skills set with a proactive mindset
- Commercially proficient
- Technically competent
- Sales and margin to budget responsibility
Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00am - 17:30pm.
