Role Business Analyst / Project Manager IT and Digital

Salary c. 50K + Bonus + 11% Pension + 25 days rising to 29 days + Lots of freebies and discounts

Location SW London (2 days a week 3 days WFH) - 36 hr week


About the role

In this role you’ll be building and managing relationships with stakeholders and working in cross functional teams using an Agile framework to deliver digital, technology and business solutions projects from inception right through to service transition.

Working closely with our business and IT teams to initiate projects, including scoping and leading on the delivery to include:

  • planning, design sessions and proofs of concepts
  • collaborating with product owners to agree project approaches and build product backlogs
  • leading the project/scrum team/s
  • communicating progress with stakeholders, colleagues and the wider organization
  • adhering to cost, time, quality and agreed outcomes


To be successful


You should have experience in most of the following:

  • Collaborating, communicating and presenting complex digital and technology information effectively with both IT and business colleagues, as well as customers and suppliers, will be key in successful project delivery.
  • Experience of managing projects end to end
  • Maximizing the capabilities of a wide variety of different business applications and technologies as well as identifying and implementing new business solutions.
  • Microsoft 365 technologies and applications
  • The right candidate will have Project Management experience and an understanding of Agile methodology also a willingness to adopt other approaches when required e.g.. Waterfall / Prince 2.
