Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5pm
Experienced Vehicle Preparation Supervisor required for full time vacancy reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager.
To assist with the smooth running of the Vehicle preparation centre/PDI fleet operation.
Persons responsible to the supervisor are as follows:
- Vehicle parking
- Drivers associated with the fleet workshop
- Quality controller
- Valeters.
Main job function points:
- To assist with customer post-delivery issues
- To oversee quality control
- To ensure that vehicles are available for preparation in the allocated timescale
- To ensure all processes are followed so to allow technicians the ability to PDI/accessorise and plate the vehicles within the allocated timescale
- To assist, where necessary, with any outside sourced subcontract work or work carried out by our dealerships and Bodyshop
- To assist with the technicians job lists when necessary
- To carry out a percentage of quality control checks to ensure the quality is of a high standard
- To ensure that the personnel under the supervision of the supervisor, have the correct training and support to carry out their job function to a high standard
- To ensure that all aspects of health and safety are carried out in line with company policy to include daily pre inspection checks
- To ensure a good standard of housekeeping
