Circa £23K plus bonus
Full time, permanent. Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm and Saturdays on a rota.
Main purpose of job
- Greeting Customers
- Ensure that you maximize all service sales opportunities by using professional selling techniques
- Record customer requirements and details accurately on our bespoke Company system
- Record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively operate a customer follow up system
- Ensure that the customer is fully informed of all products and services available
- Sell additional products, services and repair work in a professional manner
- Effectively operate a service department loading system
- Carry out promotional work as directed
About you
- Minimum of 1 year’s proven service advisor experience and a passion for the automotive industry.
