Shift Pattern: Four on Four off basis, 12-hour shifts

The Holiday Inn Manchester Central Park is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Worker to join our team. As a Night Shift Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel during the night hours, while providing excellent customer service to our guests.Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
- Respond to any emergency situations and take appropriate action
- Monitor the CCTV system and report any suspicious activity or behaviour
- Provide excellent customer service to guests who require assistance during the night
- Ensure that all public areas are kept clean and tidy
- Carry out any other duties as required by the Night Manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be able to work night shifts on a four on four off basis, 12-hour shifts
