Head Chef
We are currently recruiting a dynamic Head Chef to lead our Kitchen team. This senior role reports into our Executive Head Chef and manages a 40-strong brigade across four kitchens.
The desired profile we are looking for is:
- Someone with a passion for food and British-influenced cuisine.
- Classical, high-volume luxury brasserie or multi-faceted environment experience.
- The ability to assist the Executive Head Chef with innovative dishes and menus to take the food offering to the next level.
- Supervision, coaching and development of all direct reports in order to inspire and lead the team to deliver.
- Strong managerial, financial and costing skills.
- Promotion of a positive team environment.
- A true leader.
