We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operational Manager to oversee our Housemates teams in India and the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring effective team performance, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. As the Operational Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning teams with established processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and guidance to B2C and B2B sales teams
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize operational processes and workflows
- Streamline operations for increased efficiency and cost reduction
- Document operational processes and ensure adherence to them
- Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams
- Drive process improvement initiatives in coordination with sales teams
- Maintain compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Proven experience as a Operations Manager
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Competitive salary within the range of £37,000 - £40,000 per year
