ACCOUNTABILITIES & STANDARDS
Sell the Huda Beauty brand
· Achieve required retail sales target set by the Brand and by the Account Manager
· Achieve the targets set by the Account Manager in respect of average £ sales, average unit sales, service targets
· Achieve the daily targets of consultations as agreed with the Account Manager
· Work outside the counter to drive business
Give Excellent Customer Service
· Give prompt, polite and efficient service at all times
· Adhere to the stores service standards at all times
· Communicate the uses and benefits of all products to the customer as relevant to their needs
Team Work
· Assist colleagues and team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as required
· Communication information to the Account Manager and colleagues
· Maintain high standards of time-keeping on the counter to ensure team efficiency
Maintain House Keeping Standards
· Clean counter, testers stand and displays regularly to maintain the Huda Beauty image
· Adhere to hygiene standards and take action to ensure the counter compile with these
Administration
· Complete all administration accurately, legibly and on time
· Follow stock book guidelines and highlight problems to the Account Manager
Carry out other tasks
· Carry out any other duties as may be required to support the Account Manager and Store from time to time.
· Passion for beauty and people
· Knowledgeable of competitors, beauty market, trends etc
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, W1A 1AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Artistry: 2 years (preferred)
