What you can expect:
In your role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial success
Responsible for efficient cash management including transaction, complaint & return handling and inducting new team members to the cash desk
Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to improve productivity
Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
Support in visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment around the cash desk area and managing stationary orders
Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
Your profile:
Previous experience in operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
Willingness to constantly learn and develop
Excellent communication skills at all levels
High cultural knowledge and awareness
