The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads. As an Administrator you will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our clinicians.
This particular position is to work within an outpatient and waiting list setting.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic enthusiastic individuals to join our Clinical Administration Service as a Part Time Outpatient and Waiting List Administrator within Plastic Surgery ,Hub 1B at Castle Hill Hospital.
Our Administrators play a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team. Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include;
- Management of appointments
- Face to face and telephone Patient contact
- Reception duties
- Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
- Preparing case notes/referrals in readiness for clinic appointments
- Logging Waiting List forms on to Lorenzo
- Booking surgeries for Patients and recording them on Ormis and Lorenzo
Previous administration experience would be helpful, but we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting and those with a 'can do' attitude. Candidates should possess the following skills;
