What you will do as an Accounting Clerk
- Processing payments, receipts and recording transactions in relevant journals and ledgers.
- Controlling credit and chasing debts
- Dealing with any discrepancies or issues with sales invoices
- Generating accounts statements and reminders
- Investigating and resolving any chargebacks, refunds, and queries
- Reviewing debtors account / credit checks for all properties
- Dealing with any ad hoc duties
