What you will do as a Night Receptionist
- Checking in and checking out of all hotel guests
- Responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift
- Handling guest complaints during the night shift
- Establishing rapport with guests, providing guest recognition and good customer relations
- Playing an active role in the World of Care and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities.
