<br>SEND Learning Support Assistant- the role

<br><br>

Monday- Friday school hours (term time)

<br>Paid 425 - 475 per week

<br>All through school - support SEND pupils across the key stages

<br>Provide the teacher with classroom support to aid the smooth running of lessons

<br>Support learners during extra-curricular activities

<br>Plan and conduct 1:1 interventions

<br>Opportunity to work as part of a cohesive SEND team

<br>Monitor and track progress

<br>Full training provided

SEND Learning Support Assistant- requirements

<br><br>

1st class or 2.1 in degree

<br>

Experience working with SEN pupils

<br>Passionate about a career working with SEN and/or education

<br>Strong A-Levels and GCSEs

<br>Compassionate and resilient individual
