Role Overview & Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to direct and coordinate the internal structure of the organisation based on Company policies, goals, and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met consistently. You will be responsible for suggesting and outlining these goals and objectives to the wider group.


The main responsibilities of this role will include:


  • Oversees daily activity of the organisation
  • Prepares budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports as needed
  • Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Improves existing systems and policies
  • Ensure analysis is completed in a timely manner and in line with company Quality Expectations
  • Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace
  • Manage stock and inventory in line with departmental and company wide Gross Margin targets.
  • Work closely with all departments to promote efficient optimisation
  • Manages internal and external service suppliers
  • Assists upper management in setting goals that promote company growth
  • Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees
  • Identifies and nurtures talent within the organisation

Ideally the right person will have previous experience as an Operations Lead with strong organisation skills. You should have excellent communication skills as be able to engage, motivate, and elevate your team to maximise the potential of all those working with you. You should be adaptable to change and driven to achieve results.
